Sportrait In The New Doc Harris Stadium

I was lucky to be able to shoot a Sportrait at the new Doc Harris Stadium in Camas WA. Dylan is a kicker and a lineman on the Camas football team and is a friend of my youngest son. The new stadium, which holds 3000 fans, was built just in time for the beginning of this year’s football season. To see more photos of the stadium, you can visit Bryan Levesque’s GSHLFootball.com. This shoot was tough because of how dark it was. Check out the clouds!

Getting Closer To My Video Debut

OK… It’s only a couple days away till the release of the second episode of Innovators Of Vancouver which is created by Chris Martin of Chris Martin Studios. For this post I thought I would include a photo of Jordan standing in for a lighting test while Chris was filming.

Eric – Class of 2008

While we can create just about any type of senior portrait a senior can think of, some seniors just want the very minimum. And that is all Eric wanted. Two clothing changes and just one portion of Fuller Park was all he wanted. Eric played football, ran track, and was a wrestler at Skyview High School.

Teaser Video That I Am In

For those that don’t know about my personal project, here is the scoop. I run a website that is dedicated to Skyview High School. I have been running it since the 2007 Football season and it now contains just over 4,500 images. The website is located at www.storm.davescottphoto.com. There are a lot of talented students at all of our schools but I had to pick one for my personal project so I chose the school closest to me. Also, my sons both attended Skyview when I started this project.

Chris Martin, from Chris Martin Studios in Vancouver WA heard about this project of mine and has decided to included me in his Innovators Of Vancouver project. We (Jordan, Ryan, and myself) will be featured in the second episode of this online video documentary series. I am stoked to be included in this series as I will be in very good company. Local Realtor, Dale Chumbley was featured in the first episode for his great work on his personal project 365 Things To Do In Vancouver, WA.

I encourage you to follow this link to Innovators of Vancouver and watch all of the videos and visit the websites of both Chris and Dale. Tell your friends too!!

Alec – Class of 2010

Alec is another Skyview football player who, like the two guys in the previous posts, is also a two time GSHL champion. Additionally, like the other two, he has become my friend over the last two years. Alec will be going into the military in September. I am going to miss seeing him while he is gone and hope that he returns to us unharmed.

.

Austin – Class of 2010

Austin is another Skyview athlete that we’ve photographed several times. Austin was Skyview’s starting quarterback. In addition to having 2 GSHL championships under his belt, Austin will also be playing football at Central Washington University. Below are a few of the images that I created of Austin.

.

Matt – Class of 2010

Matt is an amazing athlete. Football: 3 letters and 2 GSHL titles. Baseball: 4 letters and one of the best natural born hitters that I’ve seen. On top of it all, he’s a great guy. I was 100% stoked when I found out he wanted us to shoot his senior portraits. Below are a few images that I’ve been fortunate to be able to create with Matt!
